WHAT WE RESCUE?
we are used to seeing 'perfect' products in our supermarkets - Curved vegetables, broken nuts or over-puffed quinoa often don't make it to the shelves because of their visual appearance, but of course, they are just as tasty and healthy! In your KRUSLI breakfast, they get their chance to shine!
in addition, many residual streams appear during the production of food. Think of products like beer malt (high in dietary fibres) that remains after the brewing, spent bran after grinding the grains and peanut butter when changing recipes.
we try to process as many of these products as possible in KRUSLI.
this way we save as many products as possible and can provide you with a super tasty and healthy breakfast.
